The Telugu remake of “Lucifer” is facing many issues, right from the day it was announced.
Apparently, nothing has changed even after two years.
Not satisfied with the script changes VV Vinayak and his team had made, Megastar Chiranjeevi handed over the project to Tamil director Mohan Raja.
Mohan Raja had prepared the first draft of the script with one prominent writer, but Chiranjeevi felt it was not up to the mark.
Then a writer who recently delivered a couple of hits was roped in.
But the latest buzz is that Chiranjeevi is not entirely satisfied with this latest script as well.
Director Mohan Raja is rewriting the same. One wonders why the team is not cracking it when it is based on a blockbuster Malayalam film.
Other than adding a song or romantic track, there is nothing much to alter the script of ‘Lucifer’.
The film was launched last year but it has not gone to floors as of now.
Chiranjeevi will have to return to the sets next month to complete the remaining portion of “Acharya”.
The “Lucifer” remake may begin in two months.
