No wonder, most of the Telugu stories are either borrowed or remade from Malayalam lately. Mumbai Police released back in 2013 in theaters. It’s a crime thriller directed by Rosshan Andrews. There are numerous films made with the police department as the backdrop, but this one shows the police in different light.
Prithviraj Sukumar, Rahman and Jayasurya are superb their respective roles. Don’t try to know much details about the film and watch it. Mumbai Police will surely surprise you in many ways.

This movie proves that a strong story doesn’t need stellar star cast to make you glued to the screens. Sadly, 16 has been largely overlooked for not having big stars names attached to it.
