Hero Naga Shaurya’s prestigious 20th film Lakshya marks his first film in the sports backdrop. The teaser of Lakshya has been released today on the occasion of Naga Shaurya’s birthday.
The teaser begins with Jagapathi Babu’s voiceover giving elevation to the protagonist.
“Chaala mandiki aata tho gurthimpu vasthundi… Kaanee evado okadu pudathaadu… Aatake Gurthimpu thechevaadu…”
Shaurya is introduced as a star archer Pardhu struggling to hit the target due to lack of form and focus. Commentators declare that he can’t ever touch bow and arrow in his life.
Apparently, his aggressive attitude plays the spoilsport and his girlfriend played by Ketike Sharma too cautions him.
“Padilechina vaditho pandem chaala pramaadakaram,” says Jagapathi Babu hinting Shaurya is back to form and is ready to hit the bullseye.
Naga Shaurya who looked to be a normal guy in initial portions stuns in macho avatar in the end with six packs, ponytail and beard.
It’s a perfect setup for a sports backdrop film which has the cordial bonding of grandfather and grandson as one of the core assets.
