Alerted by this, the film unit has decided to hold a press meet this evening to clarify that Prudhvi’s political statements were his personal opinions and have no connection to the movie.
The team also wants to emphasize that there are no such scenes in the film and that they have no idea why Prudhvi made those remarks.
As a damage control measure and to avoid losing any section of the audience, the Laila team is breaking its silence today.
