"Honeymoon Express," a musical featuring the compositions of Kalyani Malik, has already released three beautiful songs that are trending on T-Series.
Today, Maverick Director K. Raghavendra Rao released the title song of "Honeymoon Express," completing the movie’s full album of four songs.
K. Raghavendra Rao invited writer/director Bala Rajasekharuni and young composer & singer Spoorthi Jitender to his office at RK Cineplex, Banjara Hills.
Bala, a film & theater faculty member from the US, discussed with Rao the kind of film training offered in the US and India for the younger generations.
Later, Bala showed the 4th lyrical video, the final song to complete the "Honeymoon Express" album, to Sri Rao.
The veteran director, known for his romantic films, enjoyed the youthful and upbeat composition by Spoorthi Jitender, who was offered to 'guest compose' the title song of the movie by its Music Director Kalyani Malik.
Rao spoke about how he knew Bala from his frequent visits to Los Angeles and later as the Dean of Annapurna Studios film institute.
He praised the fusion nature of the song, in which Spoorthi penned fun Spanish lines, experimenting with a blend of Telugu and Spanish poetry.
The "Honeymoon Express" title song is co-written by Spoorthi Jithender and Kittu Vissapragada. Spoorthi, who has around 100 songs to her credit, many of them hits in Telugu, is also emerging as an international pop singer.
K. Raghavendra Rao blessed the "Honeymoon Express" team for a successful run of the movie.
