Director Krish has successfully ventured into digital content production. His production house has made web dramas for the “Aha” app.
He is also bankrolling several other web dramas for Disney Hotstar. He understood the demands of OTT platforms.
According to the buzz in Film Nagar, Krish will also release his next film on OTT skipping the theatrical route.
The ‘Gautamiputra Satakarni’ director is presently filming a film based on a novel titled “Konda Polam” set in the backdrop of Nallamala forests.
The movie features upcoming actor Vaishnav Tej (Sai Dharam Tej’s brother) and Rakul Preet Singh.
He has already completed the major portion and is expected to wrap the shooting in the next two-months.
Both Disney Hotstar and Amazon have already offered him to release this movie on their OTT platforms. However, Krish has not taken any decision on that.
