“KGF2” has become the first Pan-Indian film to resume the shoot after lockdown.
The much-awaited multi-lingual movie starring Kannada star Yash has begun the shoot today in Bangalore and Prakash Raj has joined the movie.
Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt is playing the villain’s role in the film. He is now leaving for the USA for his cancer treatment.
However, the team says they have already shot all the scenes involving Dutt and a dubbing artiste will end voice to his character.
“KGF2” is planning to hit the screens for Sankranthi 2021.
Director Prashanth Neel tweeted “We resume shoot finally for #KGFCHAPTER2 Thank you everyone for all the love and excitement towards the movie. Wish us all the luck.”
The film is produced by Hombale Films and veteran Telugu actor Kaikala Satyanarayana is presenting it.
