Popular anchor Suma Kanakala is making comeback to films with a village drama film Jayamma Panchayathi.
Power Star Pawan Kalyan launched the film’s theatrical trailer and it introduces all the prominent cast of the movie.
Going by the trailer, Suma is a strongheaded woman who runs the family herself, since her husband is unwell.
She raises her issue in front of the village council (panchyathi), wherein there is other issue bothering the village.
However, Suma feels the issue of the village is nothing in front of her personal issue.
How she gets her issue resolved in the village council is the crux of the story.
It’s Suma’s one woman show, as she is remarkable in her role and appears in major part of the video.
Director Vijay Kumar Kalivarapu has chosen a different subject for the movie and MM Keeravani’s BGM is a big asset.
As announced by the makers through the trailer, Jayamma Panchayathi will arrive in theatres on May 6th.
