Hero Karthi who is basking under the glory of consecutive hits is hoping to continue the success streak with his next release Japan.
The team celebrated the film’s pre-release event today which was graced by Nani as a chief guest and Vamshi Paidipally as an another guest.
Producer SR Prabhu stated that Japan will have a complete stamp of Raju Murugan. “Karthi’s role in the movie is fantastic. We are happy to associate with Annapurna Studios.”
Vamshi Paidipally shared his journey with Karthi and Raju Murugan for Oopiri.
“Raju Murugan was introduced to me by Karthi himself. He has wonderful poetic thoughts. I didn’t expect this kind of film from him. It’s commercial and quirky.”
Nani heaped praises on Karthi saying Telugu people owned him.
“Karthi scored 3 back-to-back superhits. He is showing uniqueness in every film and he is now coming with Japan which is another different film that is going to surprise you. Karthi is a friend from cinema and I’m happy that we’re continuing this bond.
I have seen the trailer, and there are cracker kind of vibes in the movie. I hope similar energy transforms in theatres. Prabhu makes tasteful movies.”
Karthi appreciated Nani for all his achievements.
“He started as an assistant director, did many new characters, and encouraged many upcoming directors. Jersey is a timeless film. Every poster of Hi Nanna looks interesting.
My brother Nagarjuna, after Sardhar, is releasing this movie through Annapurna Studios. Vamshi, we are beyond friends. Oopiri is a memorable film for me.
After listening to this story, we brought Ravi Varman, to present it internationally. After Kashmora, Khakee, and Khaidi, Japan is another wonderful film from Dream Warrior Pictures. This film is close to my heart. It has humour.
Japan is selfish. He is a kind of person who wants to give what t7he society gave him. Everybody is talking about last 20 mins. It will be a new experience for you.”
The film Japan is coming for Diwali on November 10th.
