With the alarming rise in the number of Covid-19 cases across the country, the makers of the romantic thriller Ishq have postponed the movie's release date.
Featuring Teja Sajja and Priya Prakash Varrier in lead roles, the film was scheduled for a theatrical release on 23rd April.
“Since Telangana government has imposed night curfew with immediate effect till April 30th and only 50% seating is allowed in theatres in Andhra Pradesh, we have concluded to postpone Ishq. We will announce new release date soon,” said the makers.
In recent times, several films have been postponed due to the second wave of coronavirus.
Directed by SS Raju, the film is produced by Mega Super Good Films, while RB Choudary is presenting it.
