Tamil superstar Thalapathy Vijay has teamed up with director Venkat Prabhu for a film titled "GOAT" (The Greatest of All Time), which is currently in production.
Vijay recently announced the formation of his political party and declared its intention to contest the 2026 elections.
With just one year left to fulfill his acting commitments before focusing on building his party's organizational structure, Vijay is keen on efficiently managing his time between film projects.
He intends to kick off another film in July of this year.
Venkat Prabhu has indicated that only a few days of shooting remain for "GOAT" and expressed confidence in wrapping up the entire filming process by April or May.
The release of the film's first single is scheduled for May, suggesting a potential August release date, which could potentially coincide with the release of Allu Arjun's "Pushpa 2".
