The exhilaration and euphoria around Animal grew bigger after the trailer was out and the demand for tickets shows the enthusiasm to watch the movie arriving in cinemas on December 1st. The team addressed the Telugu media today.
Producer Bhushan Kumar thanked the team for putting all the hard work into the film and expressed his happiness over advance sales.
Bobby Deol called it a once-a-lifetime kind of role. He also voiced his interest in doing more Telugu movies.
Rashmika who thanked everyone for the support in the Deepfake issue lauded Ranbir for the kind of care he shows for his family.
Anil Kapoor reminded that his first Telugu movie Vamsa Vruksham was with great Bapu garu.
“This is my second Telugu film. I’ve learned discipline in the South Indian film industry. Sandeep Reddy is someone very special. We’re banking very much on Rashmika in the Telugu states.”
Ranbir thanked the Telugu audience for showing their love for the movie with advance bookings. “I haven’t seen this kind of reception anywhere. Please accept me as the adopted son of Telugu states.”
The actor revealed the reason behind naming the movie Animal and was all praises for his director.
“Animals are unpredictable and impulsive. This character in Animal is also very unpredictable and wild. The way Sandeep wrote the story, he made the characters so real on screen and made them cinematic.”
Sandeep Reddy Vanga stated that if the film was made in Telugu, he would have done it with Mahesh Babu.
He also disclosed that the story he narrated earlier to Mahesh Babu was a different one titled Devil and it would be more violent.
He also praised hero Ranbir for the kind of performance he gave.
“Ranbir is one year younger than me. I would have touched his feet for his performance, if he is elder to me. I loved it completely.”
Dil Raju assured that Animal will have a grand release like that of a Telugu star in Telugu states and thanked the producers for giving him the opportunity to release the movie here.
