In less than 24 hours, Vijay Deverakonda and Puri Jagannadh’s Pan India film Liger will be coming to theatres and the verdict of the audience will be out in a day.
The team actually started countrywide promotional tour with the trailer launch event in Hyderabad. However, they had to cancel some of the events in different places like Mumbai and Pune due to massive crowd.
Charmme says there were some plans for every event like what Vijay and other had to do to entertain the crowd. However, we had to leave just after saying hi.
“We didn’t expect such crowd. In fact, we at first thought we had to call the public in the mall and brief them about the movie. I was literally trolled on social media for leaving the venues so early. I was called the worst producer and worst event organizer for not able to continue the promotional events.”
Puri says films with rooted stories and characters will work, irrespective of the scale of the movies. “Although the plotline sounds simple, you will feel something else when you watch the movie”
Vijay says he’s extremely confident that he did a wonderful movie. “I hope that when the audience go to theatres, they will definitely be pleased. All our hard work will be witnessed on screen.”
Liger can create storm at the box office, if it receives positive talk. In fact, the pre sales are very encouraging for the movie.
