A film is called a hit based on its collections and the ROI (Return Of Investment) for buyers.
Looking at that, we may have to say that HIT 2 is a flop in Andhra and Ceded region. Because, the Ceded and Andhra buyers of Hit2 couldn't make a breakeven.
Actually the collections of the film fell flat after three days of its release in this region and though Adivi Sesh tried to push it, it couldn't move beyond a certain point.
Dil Raju bought the film for Vizag paying Rs 2 Cr less than the quoted price. Finally he incurred a loss of Rs 25 lakh by the end. The situation in other areas is also the same.
In Ceded the first buyer sold it to others and those second buyers have lost their investment.
In Naizam, the distribution was own and they made the best. The overseas collection made a lot of difference as it crossed the Rs 1 million Dollar mark.
But the losses seem to be inevitable for buyers in Andhra and Ceded region in spite of the producer bearing the GST amounts.
