One of them is a mythological-themed movie directed by Trivikram. The script is in progress, and the production team is finalizing the technicians and CGI team.
Meanwhile, Bunny aims to release another film earlier, with Sun Pictures considering a project directed by Atlee. However, no official announcement has been made yet.
The delay seems to be due to financial considerations. Bunny is reportedly receiving 27% of the total market revenue for Pushpa 2, amounting to over 250 crores.
The budget for the Atlee movie is still under discussion. As a Pan-India director, Atlee’s remuneration is close to 100 crores.
If Bunny is paid 250 crores and Atlee receives 100 crores, their combined remuneration would be 350 crores. Production costs and market potential are still being calculated.
Trivikram’s project faces fewer financial hurdles since Geetha Arts is a production partner, ensuring smoother negotiations.
Both Atlee’s and Trivikram’s films are expected to proceed simultaneously, with official updates coming soon.
