Actress Hema got into major trouble after Bengaluru police announced that everyone who attended a rave party in Bengaluru tested positive for drugs, including three Telugu celebrities who were there. Hema is one of them.
Although Hema initially denied attending the party, it has been confirmed that she was indeed present. The police have also confirmed that they took samples from her and she tested positive for drugs.
Hema is reportedly seeking assistance from a political party to get out of this issue.
Hema joined politics in 2014. She contested in the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly 2014 election as an MLA candidate from the Mandapeta constituency for the Jai Samaikyandhra Party but lost.
She joined the BJP three years ago. However, she is not an active member of the party. She is also a huge fan of Pawan Kalyan and has close ties with numerous political party leaders.
