Health Secret Of Superstar Krishna

Superstar Krishna turned 80. He is maintaining his health even at this age.

When asked about his health secret he said- "I get relaxed as frequently as I can. I never move out without work. I don't get exposed to Sunlight. My body weight is always 76-77 from the last few decades. I never do any kind of exercises to maintain this weight. It's all God's grace, that's all".

Krishna shared that he is attempting some Yoga as he is free these days. But he confesses that work is his only exercise for all these years.

"Now I am doing some yoga and walking as I am free. I never exercised when I was busy with films. Until Alluri Seetarama Raju I used to work for 17 hours a day. After that I kept a condition to myself to work only between 9 AM and 5PM", he shared.

He also continued to say- "I drink one liter of water as soon as I wake up in the morning. After that I drink some juice. I eat regular breakfast like Idli and Dosa and consume buttermilk at 11 AM. My afternoon meal will be full course. Evening I will have Junnu. My dinner will be with pulka and chicken curry. I don't like sweets".

Krishna also shared that there were no caravans in earlier days and so he used to spend time in sets or walking here and there in shooting gaps.
