Harish Shankar is being touted as deserving an Oscar award within the close circles of the film industry.
The reason behind this acclaim is his remarkable feat of shooting 'Utsaad' only for 10 days, subsequently releasing three teasers and ten posters.
This achievement is deemed exceptional as it gives the impression that the film is nearly complete based on the teasers alone despite no further progress beyond the initial 10 days of shooting.
But it remains puzzling why teasers continue to be released for a film that seems to be almost shelved.
Currently Harish Shankar is engaged in projects with Ravi Teja and Chiranjeevi, hinting doubt on whether Pawan Kalyan will return to this project even after the elections.
Despite the substantial investment made by producers, there has been no outcry against Pawan Kalyan for his prolonged unavailability.
In spite of all this, Harish Shankar continues to delight Pawan's fans by releasing teaser after teaser and occasional posters.
Perhaps, he and the producers still hold hope that Pawan may return to complete the film if he becomes excited on par with his fans.
