Hero Sivakarthikeyan is making his Telugu debut with Prince which is coming for Diwali on 21st of this month. Anudeep KV directed the movie which celebrated its pre-release event today.
Director Harish Shankar who graced the occasion stated that Anudeep KV studied middle-class lives, thus he’s able to make entertaining movies.
“We don’t have a language barrier now. Telugites will encourage good cinema, irrespective of the language. I’m going to watch Prince’s first day first show.”
Director Anudeep KV thanked Sivakarthikeyan for accepting and doing the movie. “It’s the movie everyone should watch under current circumstances.”
Producer Jahnvi Narang called Sivakarthikeyas as one of the kind-hearted humble people, that she has ever come across.
Vijay Deverakonda thanked producers Suresh Babu and Asian Suniel for playing key roles in his journey.
“While shooting for Yevade Subrahmanyam, Nag Ashwin used to watch Anudeep’s short film and laugh out loud. Anudeep is coming up with another funny film Prince. My guilty pleasure is that whenever I feel stressed, I watch Anudeep’s interviews. I’m looking forward to working with Harish. I didn’t earlier meet Sivakarthikeyan. But I started liking him, after seeing the posters of his Remo. I like his journey from TV to character artist to becoming a star and then a producer.”
Sivakarthikeyan called Vijay Deverakonda as one of the smartest heroes in Indian cinema and expressed his wish of starring in a multi-starrer under the direction of Harish Shankar.
“I’ve been in the cinema industry for 10 years. It’s a slow journey. However, Vijay Deverakonda’s journey is like a rocket. His journey is very inspiring. He’s one of the smartest actors. Vijay, let’s do a film together. I want to see how he conceives his films. I hope it will happen soon. I also hope, Harish Shankar will make that project happen soon.
I still remember how the theatre in Chennai erupted for the police station scene in Gabbar Singh. Prince is a trademark of Anudeep entertainer. Everyone will enjoy Anudeep’s humour. This movie is about an Indian boy falling in love with a British girl. It’s a simple line, and how Anudeep narrated it makes the difference. Those who talk with Anudeep will become like him. He talked about a very interesting and important topic in the movie.”
