Director Prasanth Varma’s magnum opus Hanuman is on a golden run at the box office and has emerged as the first Pan India blockbuster of the year.
The movie had a record second weekend in domestic as well as overseas markets. The film’s collections in India on the second weekend are bigger than that of the first weekend.
After Baahubali and RRR, Hanu-Man is the only movie to make such a solid business in its second week.
The movie has now entered the 200 Cr club in style worldwide within its second week, which is an incredible feat for the range of the movie.
Hanu-Man is a blockbuster in north India as well and it is a sensational hit overseas. It is now the fifth-highest-grosser overseas.
The movie ended its second weekend on a superb note and there is still huge demand for the film’s tickets in all areas.
As promised producer K Niranjan Reddy donated Rs 5 from each ticket to Ayodhya Ram Mandir.
