Four Years, Forty Crores: Balakrishna's Rising Graph

No one can predict when fortune will favor someone, but when it does, it transforms everything.

Until the release of Akhanda in 2021, Nandamuri Balakrishna’s career was riddled with flops, and even his hits fetched modest remuneration.

Among senior heroes, only Chiranjeevi commanded higher pay, while Balakrishna’s remuneration was capped at 8 crores.

With Akhanda, things began to change. He earned 8 crores for the film, 12 crores for Veera Simha Reddy, and 18 crores for Bhagwant Kesari.

For the Daaku Maharaaj, his pay reportedly jumped to 27 crores. Now, with Akhanda 2, the buzz is he’ll take home 35 crores, and for Gopichand Malineni’s film, an eye-popping 40 crores.

In just four years, from 2021 to early 2025, Balakrishna’s journey reflects an incredible turnaround fueled by luck, timing, and success.

Even among senior stars like Nagarjuna, Venkatesh, and Ravi Teja, no one has reached this level, except megastar Chiranjeevi.

Truly, Balakrishna’s rise is consistent and phenomenal.
