Donations are pouring in for the victims of Vijayawada Floods and Telangana Floods. Now, Akkineni family has joined the list.
The Akkineni Family had announced One Crore Rupees to the Chief Minister's Relief Funds of both the Telugu States. Fifty Lakh Rupees each were transferred to the Government accounts of both the states.
The family released a statement wishing a speedy recovery of those affected.
"We stand with the people of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana in this crisis. The scenes on the Ground are heart-wrenching. We are donating One Crore Rupees to help the Governments to provide immediate aid and facilitate a speedy recovery. We are sure we will rise above this crisis and emerge stronger than ever. We pray the almighty that the normalcy be restored soon and the people are relieved from the natures flurry," the statement said.
