Ashwin Babu’s upcoming film Hidimbha has finally cleared the censor hurdle and the movie is set for release on the 20th of this month.
Censor officials objected to certifying the movie, owing to some objectional scenes and excess violence. They got relief from the censor review committee.
It was even evident through the theatrical trailer that the movie will be high on action, though the storyline revealed through the video sounded unique.
Directed by Aneel Kanneganti, the story takes place in two different timelines- one during the pre-Independence era and the other set in the current day.
Nandita Swetha is the leading lady opposite Ashwin Babu in the movie produced by Gangapatnam Sridhar.
Anil Sunkara presents the movie that has music by Vikas Badisa.
