The first pan India film of Adivi Sesh titled Major is one of the most awaited films, given the Sashi Kiran Tikka directorial made enough noise with gripping promotional content.
Based on the real the life of Sandeep Unnikrishnan, who was martyred in the 2008 Mumbai attacks, Major was initially scheduled for theatrical release on July 2nd, but it got postponed due to covid-19.
Considering the enormous buzz on the film, there’s big demand for theatrical and other rights.
Latest we heard is Weekend Cinema in association with Southern Star International has acquired the overseas rights of Major for an undisclosed yet fancy price.
Since Major is a multi-lingual film, it will have massive release in overseas as well.
