The teaser of 'Family Star,' starring Vijay Devarakonda and Mrunal Thakur, has been released. It is true that the fans of Vijay D have been awaiting a perfect entertainer from him after the disasters like 'Liger' and the unsuccessful film 'Khushi.'
'Family Star,' directed by Parasuram, indeed generated some hopes. Looking at the teaser, it appears good and intriguing, but at the same time, it feels insufficient to form any expectations around it.
The teaser runs with a background song explaining the qualities and abilities of the protagonist in a mass style. It's packed with reasonable action elements. Towards the end, the interaction between Vijay and Mrunal Thakur adds a touch of humor.
The movie is being made on a huge budget by ace producers Dil Raju and Sirish. It will be the 54th production for Sri Venkateswara Creations. The film will be releasing worldwide in theatres on April 5th.
We have to see what more comes from these makers to hook the attention and interest of the audience in order to make them walk towards the theatres. So far, this teaser doesn't serve the purpose much.
