Fact Check: Is Prabhas Marrying a Businessman’s Daughter?

The internet was abuzz with fresh speculation that superstar Prabhas is all set to tie the knot.

Rumors of the Baahubali actor’s wedding began circulating earlier today, quickly going viral and sending fans into a frenzy. However, the actor's team has now officially addressed the buzz and put the rumors to rest.

For those unaware, a report by national media claimed that Prabhas was preparing to marry the daughter of a Hyderabad-based businessman, and that his late uncle Krishnam Raju’s wife, Shyamala Devi, was overseeing the wedding arrangements. The news sparked excitement among fans — until it was dismissed.

According to the latest update, Prabhas’ team has outright denied the reports, telling Hindustan Times, “It’s fake news. Kindly ignore.” His Mumbai spokesperson also confirmed that the speculation was completely untrue.

It seems Prabhas is in no hurry to give up his "eligible bachelor" tag, much to the delight of his fanbase, especially his female admirers.

Over the years, the Salaar actor has been frequently linked with several of his co-stars, though none of the rumors have ever been confirmed.

Most notably, his name has often been romantically associated with Anushka Shetty, his Baahubali co-star. Despite recurring speculation, both actors have consistently denied any romantic involvement.

More recently, during the promotions of Adipurush, Prabhas was also linked with Kriti Sanon, who played Sita in the film — rumors both stars also firmly denied.

Known for being intensely private, Prabhas has always let his work speak for itself, steering clear of public discussions about his personal life.
