It is known that there has been criticism directed at Devi Sri Prasad for allegedly failing to deliver the background score for Pushpa 2 on time.
As a result, other music directors, including Thaman, were reportedly brought in to complete the task.
Amidst this controversy, the song Kissik, composed by Devi Sri Prasad, was released today in Chennai. During the event, DSP took the stage and openly criticized the producer, Ravi Yerneni, in a fiery outburst.
He said, "Ravi sir! You’ve been blaming me, saying I didn’t deliver the song or the background score on time. I know you love me, but where there is love, there will also be complaints. However, it seems like you have more complaints about me than love. Even now, you’re saying, ‘Wrong timing, you’re late.’ What can I do? I arrived here 25 minutes ago, but I wasn’t allowed in because they said I could only make a camera entry at the scheduled time."
DSP expressed his frustration with these words.
He also added, "These matters shouldn’t be discussed off the stage. When I speak about them on stage, it gives me a kick. I’m open."
This incident has sparked controversy, making it clear that there are tensions between DSP and the producers. The issues, which were previously behind the scenes, are now out in the open.
