The Bandra house that late actor Sushant Singh Rajput lived in is reportedly up for lease since over two years; however no one is willing to rent the property. According to an entertainment portal, the owner of the house is not bringing down the rent amount and people are opting for other properties considering ‘the baggage of controversy’ associated to this sea-facing duplex.
The report further stated that there were a few willing parties interesting in renting the home, but their family members discouraged them from living in a property where a Bollywood actor had passed away. Reportedly, the owner is also not willing to rent out the flat to any film celebrities.

Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui said in an interview that the actors who charge ₹100 crore per film are the ones who have ended up harming the film. "Every time a film's budget is beyond the limits of viability, it'll be a flop," he added. "Actors, directors, storytellers don't flop. It's...film's budget that makes it a hit or flop," said Nawazuddin.
Ram Charan to make a cameo in 'Pushpa: The Rule': Reports
Actor Ram Charan will reportedly make a cameo appearance in Allu Arjun-starrer 'Pushpa: The Rule'. The film, helmed by Sukumar, will also feature Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil among others in pivotal roles. 'Pushpa: The Rule' is the sequel to 'Pushpa: The Rise'. It was earlier reported that the makers are planning to release the film in 2024.
