
Filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri and actress and his wife Pallavi Joshi have bought an apartment spread across an area of 3,258 sqft in Mumbai's Versova for ₹17.9 crore, according to reports.
The seller is Ecstasy Private Limited.
Agnihotri, whose 'The Kashmir Files' is one of the highest-grossing Indian films this year, reportedly paid stamp duty of ₹1.07 crore.
The property was reportedly registered on September 27. It comes with three car parkings, the document showed.
