After the massive success of RRR, Jr NTR is ready to set the box office ablaze once again with Devara.
The highly anticipated action drama hits theatres in less than 24 hours, and the excitement is at an all-time high.
With a bumper worldwide opening, Jr NTR is set to become the fourth actor to have at least two movies in the 100 crore club!
As many know, Prabhas is the undisputed king of the 100 crore+ openers at the worldwide box office, boasting five films that have achieved this feat: Baahubali 2, Saaho, Adipurush, Salaar, and Kalki 2898 AD.
Thalapathy Vijay recently joined this exclusive club with The Greatest Of All Time (The GOAT).
Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan also belongs to this elite group with his 2023 blockbusters Jawan and Pathaan.
Early projections for Devara are highly favorable, with the film already accumulating over 40 crores in pre-sales for day 1 in India.
Major Southern regions like Telangana, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh are expected to contribute around 80 crores on the opening day. Additionally, the film is set to gross around 30 crores (including premieres) from overseas markets.
All in all, Devara is projected to open with a worldwide gross in the range of 110-120 crores.
With such a massive opening, Jr NTR will join the ranks of Indian actors with at least two 100 crore+ worldwide box office collections on day 1, having previously hit the mark with RRR.
This achievement will also see Jr NTR surpassing stars like KGF Chapter 2 actor Yash, Animal actor Ranbir Kapoor, and his RRR co-star Ram Charan, each of whom has one film in the 100 crore club.
