Deepika Padukone has returned to Hyderabad and is back on the set of a Telugu film.
As India's highest-paid actress, she is making her Telugu debut in a sci-fi thriller alongside Prabhas.
The film, tentatively titled "Project K," will have its official title and first video glimpse revealed later this month in San Diego, California.
The film's director, Nag Ashwin, and producer, Ashwin Dutt, have decided to divide it into two parts.
Currently, the team is filming the final sequences for the first installment, and Deepika Padukone has resumed shooting.
In an exciting development, legendary actor Kamal Haasan has also joined the cast of the film.
Project K is scheduled to be released in cinemas on 12 January 2024.
