Industry insiders suggest that the producers of both films have agreed to maintain a three-week gap between the releases since Kamal Haasan stars in both.
In "Kalki," Kamal Haasan appears in a special guest role as a villain. There is also speculation that he will play a full-length villainous role in the second installment of "Kalki."
