Recent reports suggest that the actor was seen consuming drugs during film shoots, raising serious alarm within the industry.
On Tuesday, the Film Employees Federation of Kerala (FEFKA) publicly announced that Shine Tom has been given one last chance to correct his course.
The federation urged him not to waste his acting potential and strongly advised him to overcome his addictions and unprofessional conduct.
FEFKA also made it clear that failure to improve could lead to legal consequences, warning that he could be treated as a criminal under the law if the behavior continues.
