Megastar Chiranjeevi is feeling the pressure. Frustrated with the delays in the production of Vishwambhara, he is eager to move ahead swiftly.
As GreatAndhra previously reported, the film’s visual effects work was reassigned to a new team that worked on James Cameron’s Avatar to ensure better quality. However, this change has further postponed the release.
The latest buzz suggests that Vishwambhara, directed by Vassishta, is now set to hit theaters in August 2025, eight months after its originally planned release on January 10, 2025.
Due to this delay, Chiranjeevi is determined to complete his next film on a tight schedule.
Reports indicate that he has allocated 90 working days for his next project, which will be directed by Anil Ravipudi. The goal is to release the film in time for Sankranthi 2026.
Anil Ravipudi is known for his fast-paced filmmaking. He completed Mahesh Babu’s Sarileru Neekevvaru in just seven months and Venkatesh’s Sankranthiki Vastunam in under six months.
Now, he is prepared to take on the challenge of delivering Chiranjeevi’s next film within the tight deadline.
