Celebrities With Loose Talk, Apologies And Arrogance

Celebrities and public figures often speak impulsively. When they are misunderstood or criticized, they should acknowledge and correct their words.

A recent reel featuring Bigg Boss fame Savitrakka (Sivajyothi) was surprising. She stood beside a massive buffalo, calling it the tallest and longest in the country, saying, "Manchigunnaav, Baahubali, Prabhas lekka." Comparing a buffalo to Prabhas certainly hurts fans. This remark may unintentionally offend Prabhas and his fans, though they haven’t reacted yet; probably not noticed.

At a film event, host Srimukhi mistakenly claimed Rama and Lakshmana were fictional characters, later apologizing in a video.

Singer Madhupriya shot a private song in Kaleshwaram, disrupting devotees, yet she remained silent even as the temple EO was transferred.

Similarly, Mangli shot a private song in Kalahasti. Despite facing heavy criticism, the bold YSRCP campaigner and former SVBC advisor recently received significant protocol respect in Uttarandhra alongside TDP’s Rammohan Naidu. However, a video has now surfaced showing her campaigning for BJP candidate Malka Komuraiah, who contested for the Teacher MLC post.

Meanwhile, film reviewers slammed Srikanth Iyengar for offensive remarks with filthy words. Though he later hinted at an apology, his attitude seemed dismissive, unlike the backlash astrologer Venu Swamy once faced.

Celebrities must be mindful of their words. However, even when they aren’t, not everyone faces backlash from social media, the general public, or the media. Only a select few are targeted, while others go unnoticed or are easily forgiven.
