Ever since Vundavalli Arun Kumar started exposing the financial crimes involved in Margadarsi Chit Funds and Margadarsi Finance, there has been no TDP leader or any financial expert to openly counter him rationally.
All that TDP leaders say is that Vundavalli is sadistic for troubling Ramoji Rao. But there has been no logical discussion from the TDP in support of Margadarsi.
Some say that it cannot be a crime when there is no complainant, but the law functions differently. It does not wait for someone to complain when a financial institution is violating the rules set by RBI or any governing body.
Now the Margadarsi case is in the Supreme Court, and Ramoji's lawyers have been given time to produce all the details of the people who received the Rs 2600 crore back from Margadarsi.
The court has also asked if Margadarsi is a proprietorship concern or HUF as there is no clarity. Vundavalli firmly implies that the answers to these questions from the Supreme Court would definitely put Ramoji in trouble.
Not only that, Vundavalli is now challenging anyone to come and counter him if he is wrong. He said that he is ready to discuss with the TDP, which is supporting Margadarsi. He also said that he is ready to discuss even in the presence of Ramoji Rao. He also said that he is ready to come for discussion in the TDP office if they are willing.
Can paper tigers dare to face Vundavalli on this matter? We have to wait and see.
