'Bhagavanth Kesari,' the highly anticipated film, despite receiving positive feedback from the family audience, is yet to break even.
As the budget of the film has exceeded Rs 100 Cr, achieving the break-even point at the theaters has become a challenging task.
Considering the earnings from non-theatrical sources, the film needs to reach Rs 56 Cr (share) at the box office to break even in Telugu states.
However, after all the holidays, the film has only managed to earn Rs 40 Cr (share) so far. Consequently, it must generate a share of Rs 16 Cr (share) this week.
With no major releases in sight, the makers are hopeful that the film has the potential to reach this milestone. Nevertheless, the actual outcome remains to be seen.
