The "Matka" pre-release event is over. Varun Tej came onto the dais to speak a few words and thank everyone involved in shaping the film.
Slightly deviating from talking about the film "Matka," he said, "If anybody asks why I only speak about my pedananna, my brother, and babai, I reply that it is my responsibility and right to do so. I always believe that one may become big or not in life, but where he started and where he came from shouldn’t be forgotten. Your success has no value if you forget your roots and the support of those behind you," said Varun Tej.
Though he said this as a matter of fact, reading between the lines, many are suggesting that he took a dig at Allu Arjun.
It is known that there has been a gap between Allu Arjun and the rest of the Konidela family members.
Varun Tej and Sensible Filmmaker Karuna Kumar's Matka is all set for a grand release worldwide on November 14th.
