Mahanati is the most memorable film in Keerthy Suresh’s career. She didn’t get a chance to play a role that will be remembered forever like Mahanati, till last year.
Fortunately for her, Keerthy Suresh got to play a meaty role in Nani’s Dasara which is set in the backdrop of Singareni Coal Mines in Telangana.
Although Keerthy wasn’t shown in the teaser, the trailer showed glimpses of the actress as the ladylove of Nani and her character name is Vennela.
As per inside info, Keerthy Suresh’s character is going to be a surprise package in the movie. A few scenes in the first half, including the interval bang and a couple of scenes in the second half, are said to thrill the audience.
Vennela is not a regular love interest kind of role, the character has huge weight to perform and Keerthy reportedly aced it with her acting prowess.
The makers, for now, are keeping the details about her character under wraps, for now, to surprise the audience in the theatres.
Directed by Srikanth Odela and produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri on SLV Cinemas banner, Dasara is due for release in five days on March 30th.
Before that, the film’s pre-release event will be organized tomorrow in Anantapur.
