Triptii Dimri reportedly increased her fee after the success of 'Animal'.
The actress, who was reportedly paid ₹40 lakh for the Ranbir Kapoor-starrer movie 'Animal', charged ₹80 lakh to 1 crore for her upcoming release 'Bad Newz'.
Starring Vicky Kaushal, Ammy Virk and Neha Dhupia, the comedy-drama is set to be released on July 19.
Triptii, known for her roles in films like Laila Majnu, Bulbbul, and Qala, recently rose to prominence with her portrayal of Zoya in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal, starring Ranbir Kapoor.
She will now be seen in Bad Newz, directed by Anand Tiwari, and will be followed by Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, directed by Anees Bazmee.
The third installment of the popular franchise, also featuring Vidya Balan, is scheduled for a Diwali 2024 theatrical release.
