Akhanda Vijayotsava Jathara has been held in Vizag and it was a huge success with massive turnout for the event.
Srikanth who played the antagonist in the film stated that he didn’t expected such response for his character Varadarajulu.
“I feel happy to share screen presence with Balakrishna another time. Akhanda gave me confidence to try playing different roles. I thank Boyapati for believing me and giving me the opportunity.”
Producer Miryala Ravinder Reddy believe that Akhanda will continue to do well for few more days. “Balakrishna is a kind hearted person. I wish to give Mass Kaa Baap tag to Boyapati. Thaman is the third pillar of the movie.”
Director Boyapati Srinu said, “Akhanda came when there’s a discussion that the bond between audience and theatres is reducing. Telugu audience proved them wrong by making Akhanda a big hit. The success indeed gave a big hope to the industry.
It’s a dream for anyone to make one film with Balakrishna. I feel honoured to work for three films with him. Akhanda actually gives a message that don’t mess with nature, kids and the almighty. I wish for the success of next releases.”
Balakrishna said, “When Boyapati first came to inform me about the title Akhanda, I immediately gave my nod. The film started as BB3. We were well aware of the massive expectations on films in our combination. We definitely took better care. However, we usually don’t talk about previous films in our combination.
We both believe each other. Boyapati didn’t narrate me full story till date. He only narrated line stories. There’s good understanding between us. The film’s success is a breather to the industry. It’s the success of the industry. Producers didn’t compromise in making and they didn’t worry about anything as they had great belief on the movie.”
