Varun Sandesh and Vithika pair formed a group with Punarnavi and Rahul Sipligunj in the first week itself. They started playing as a group and the rest of the contestants didn't like it.
Other contestants led by Srimukhi started targeting them and in this process Srimukhi's over targeting against Rahul Sipligunj won him the support of neutral audience.
Closeness with Rahul saved Punarnavi whenever he was not in nominations.
She was saved by Bigg Boss a couple of times as she got immunity from nominations for a week just for doing a simple task.
Later she was saved again when she got the least votes of all the nominated contestants when Bigg Boss called off elimination.
Punarnavi used to be the most laziest and non-active when playing tasks and her attitude towards elders and the foul language that she uses made her one of the most hated contestants of the season.
Punarnavi couldn't escape nominations when Bigg Boss assigned a physical task to avoid getting nominated.
She was nominated along with Rahul, Varun and Mahesh. With three of the same group members getting nominated, Punarnavi got the least number of votes as fans of other contestants voted in favor of Mahesh.

It would be fair for the remaining contestants as the group is getting stronger with the remaining contestants finding it tough during tasks involving votes from the housemates.
Meanwhile, Vithika got a single use immunity card to save herself from nominations in the remaining weeks before finale.
