Producer and financier Singanamala Ramesh made a rare media appearance after a long hiatus and announced his plans to return to filmmaking.
He stated that he would soon produce a new film, marking the beginning of his second innings in the industry.
During the press meet, Ramesh revealed that neither Pawan Kalyan nor Mahesh Babu reached out to him after the disastrous results of Komaram Puli and Khaleja.
As the producer of both films, which incurred massive losses, Ramesh claimed to have lost ₹100 crore on the projects.
Speaking about the delays in Komaram Puli, he mentioned that Pawan Kalyan’s political commitments with the Praja Rajyam Party prevented him from allotting dates for the film, causing significant postponements.
In response to these statements, producer Bandla Ganesh took to social media to refute Ramesh’s claims, asserting that the delays in Komaram Puli were due to Singanamala Ramesh’s poor handling of production, not Pawan Kalyan’s political tours. He strongly defended Pawan Kalyan in his post.
Interestingly, Bandla Ganesh had no direct involvement with Komaram Puli, yet he openly criticized Singanamala Ramesh's remarks.
