It appears the forthcoming film of senior Tollywood actor and Telugu Desam Party MLA from Hindupur assembly constituency Nandamuri Balakrishna is an out-and-out political movie, targeting the ruling YSR Congress party headed by chief minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy.
The teaser released on Thursday on the occasion of Balakrishna’s birthday on June 10, is a clear indication that it is not just a mass entertainer, but a political attack on the YSR Congress party.
The power-packed dialogues of Balakrishna are directly aimed at taking on the ruling YSRC.
In the teaser, Balakrishna is shown sitting on a milestone – which read: “Pulijarla,” resembling Pulivendula assembly constituency represented by Jagan Mohan Reddy.
Another dialogue: “Bhayam naa biodata loney ledu raa bosideeke,” also reflects its political overtones.
It may be mentioned that the abuse “bosideeke” uttered by Telugu Desam Party official spokesman Kommareddy Pattabhi at a press conference has created a big commotion in the Andhra politics a few months ago.
Pattabhi had to be arrested and jailed for his using the abusive language against the chief minister.
Similarly, one more dialogue of Balakrishna: “Mee GO Government Order, Naa GO God’s Order,” also shows the protagonist is fighting against the government and the alleged witch-hunt of political rivals by Jagan.
So was another dialogue: “Narakadam modalu pedithe, aey part evarido mee pellalaku kooda teliyadu ra naa kodaka..” which indicates the hero will be taking on the villains in the faction-ridden Rayalaseema.
Watch out for many more dialogues of Balakrishna with political overtones.
