Sekhar master has become one of the top choreographers in Tollywood who is working with all the top stars of Telugu cinema.
While he choreographed two songs of Balakrishna’s Veera Simha Reddy, he oversaw the dances of megastar Chiranjeevi’s Waltair Veerayya which both will be gracing the cinemas for Sankranthi.
Sekhar master in his exclusive interview with greatandhra.com says he composes steps based on the body language of the stars.
“As a choreographer, we always need to keep one thing in mind the dance moves should appeal to the fans.”
The choreographer affirms he didn’t know about the clash of these two big projects when he started working on them.
“We shot the special number, Maa Bava, in Veera Simha Reddy long ago, and Suguna Sundari was also filmed in Turkey a few months ago. I got to choreograph all five songs in Waltair Veerayya. I feel that I gave my best for every song in both movies.”
About Balakrishna, Sekhar master says, “Balakrishna sir is always energetic. He never asks to change any movement. He came to rehearsal one day before the shoot of Maa Bava song. I was happy that such a big star came for rehearsal.”
About Chiranjeevi, Sekhar master said, “Chiranjeevi sir has style, swag, and grace in his body language. I used to give 2 to 3 options and Chiranjeevi sir used to pick the best among them. He even suggested a concept for a song which I can’t disclose now because it is yet to be released. Poonakalu Loading with two stars Chiranjeevi and Ravi Teja will be a feast for masses.”
