Actor Sonakshi Sinha's luxurious sea-facing apartment in Mumbai's Bandra has been put up for sale sparking curiosity among fans especially since she recently got married to actor Zaheer Iqbal at the same location.
The apartment located in the prestigious 81 Aureate Building was originally a 4 BHK but converted into a spacious 2 BHK with decks covering 4,200 sq. ft.
It is fully furnished with modern amenities and is priced at ₹25 crore.
The sale became public when a real estate Instagram account posted a video of the apartment which Sonakshi ‘liked,’ leading to speculation and questions from fans in the comments.
Many expressed surprise noting that she had bought the apartment only recently.
In September 2023 it was reported that Sonakshi purchased the apartment for ₹11 crore offering views of Mahim Bay and the Bandra-Worli Sea Link.
