Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas has sold four luxury apartments in Mumbai’s Andheri West for ₹16.17 crore, according to documents accessed by IndexTap.
The apartments, located in the Oberoi Sky Gardens project in Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West, include three flats on the 18th floor and one on the 19th floor.
The first apartment on the 18th floor, spanning 1,075 sq ft (built-up area), was sold for ₹3.45 crore, with a stamp duty of ₹17.26 lakh.
The second apartment, also on the 18th floor, has a built-up area of 885 sq ft and was sold for ₹2.85 crore, with the buyer paying a stamp duty of ₹14.25 lakh. Both units include one car parking space each.
The third apartment, located on the 19th floor, is 1,100 sq ft and was sold for ₹3.52 crore, with ₹21.12 lakh paid in stamp duty.
The fourth unit, a jodi flat spread across the 18th and 19th floors, has a built-up area of 1,985 sq ft and was sold for ₹6.35 crore, with a stamp duty of ₹31.75 lakh. This unit includes two car parking spaces.
The sale documents were registered on March 3, 2025.
Priyanka Chopra moved to Los Angeles in 2018 after marrying American singer Nick Jonas. She currently resides there with him and their daughter, Malti Marie Chopra Jonas.
