Bollywood superstar Deepika Padukone, who recently welcomed a baby girl with husband Ranveer Singh on September 8, has reportedly made her first major purchase as a new mom.
According to reports, Padukone's company, KA Enterprises, has acquired a luxurious apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Bandra locality for a staggering ₹17.8 crore.
Documents accessed via Zapkey.com reveal that Deepika’s new home is situated in the prestigious Sagar Resham Co-operative Housing Society, which features spacious 4 BHK and 5 BHK apartments with top-tier amenities.
The Fighter star’s new residence spans 1,845 sq ft on the 15th floor, offering stunning views of the city skyline.
Along with the property purchase, Deepika’s company paid a stamp duty of approximately ₹1.07 crore and registration charges of ₹30,000.
