Actor, dubbing artist, and director Bose Venkat has suffered a double tragedy with the loss of his brother and sister within a few hours.
Last Friday, June 23, both his brother and sister passed away due to heart attacks.
Reports suggest that Venkat's sister, residing in Chennai, had a heart attack early in the morning and succumbed to it.
Venkat's brother, Ranganathan, who lived in the village of Pandipathiram near Aranthangi Block in Pudukkottai district, traveled to Chennai to attend his sister's funeral.
While the family was grieving her loss, Ranganathan collapsed on his sister's body during the funeral and passed away on the spot. He too had a heart attack. The tragic incident has left Venkat and his family completely devastated.
The actor shared a picture of his sister on Instagram and wrote a Tamil caption, which loosely translates to, "My sister Valarmathi Gunasekaran, Nature has taken you away."
Both funerals were held in Aranthangi, where their loved ones bid a final farewell to the departed souls. The film fraternity and fans have expressed their deepest condolences.
