Adivi Sesh is a multifaceted actor who also has knacks of writing and directing films. Unlike his contemporaries, Sesh is penning scripts and has directed couple of films so far.
The young hero says acting and writing are his biggest fortes.
Sesh informs, he wrote scripts and also directed films, as no one gave offered him opportunities.
“I got my first break with Kshanam. To make my own mark, I had to do multi-tasking. Acting and writing are my biggest fortes. One must be very ingenious to direct films.”
The emergence of OTT platforms has disrupted the entertainment sector in recent times. However, Sesh says the success of Krack and Jathi Ratnalu indicates audiences haven’t forgotten theatres.
“Due to the heavy competition from the OTTs, there is huge responsibility of providing good films on directors and producers. It is a virtue of OTT that audiences can sit in their homes and watch films in different languages. Our films also need to be on par with them. Words like ‘Telugu Nativity’ and ‘Indian Standards’ have lost their meaning. With one blow the film became truly universal,” said he.
Adivi Sesh is presently doing biographical action film Major. Th film directed by Sashi Kiran Tikka is getting ready for release.
